What we want to achieve
More than a map
Climate Stories Map is more than an interactive map – it is a European platform for sharing experiences, learning and inspiration. By bringing together authentic climate stories from different countries, it creates a shared digital collection that captures the challenges, solutions and resilience of local communities in responding to climate change.
The platform promotes the values of transformative learning and the Head–Heart–Hands (3H) approach by encouraging reflection, dialogue and the exchange of experiences across Europe. Through the power of storytelling, it empowers citizens to learn from one another, recognise their own potential to drive change, and become active Climate Agents of Change.
As a lasting legacy of the 3H project, the Climate Stories Map will continue beyond the project's lifetime as an open European resource for learning, collaboration and climate action, inspiring individuals and communities to build a more resilient and sustainable future together.
